Whole Education
- Work directly with schools and clusters of schools to develop social action that is sustainable, high quality, genuinely student-led and with a clear double-benefit to young people and their community, through the National Youth Social Action Project and Whole Education Student Network.
- Increase the quality of Whole Education schools’ engagement with that NCS, thereby giving their students access to high quality social action outside term-time and the learning that can be built upon this in term-time.
- Trial ways to recognise the wider skills and qualities young people are developing such as through Digital Badges.
- Trialling ways to recognise the wider skills and qualities young people are developing (e.g., through Digital Badges).
- Increasing the number of Whole Education schools that engage with NCS to 75% by Summer 2015.
- Improving the quality of engagement with NCS and other social action opportunities, with 10 Whole Education schools leading the way (e.g., by linking social action to the curriculum, engaging a high % of young people).
