- Continue to develop and offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities which meet the needs of the young people in areas of disadvantage throughout Northern Ireland.
- Support student volunteers to recognise and understand the impact that they have on the lives of others and in their own skills and values.
- Recognise students for their sustained commitment to the SO programmes through the Millennium Volunteers programme.
