- Understand and recognise the importance of youth social action for developing young people’s character and employability skills and be an ambassador for the #iwill campaign.
- Communicate the value of youth social action throughout our business practices, for example: asking about social action during our application and interview processes.
- Encourage all employees – and particularly younger employees, to volunteer to develop their skills whilst at he same time benefit their communities.
- Through our networks champion the message across all of our stakeholders, that youth social action builds employability skills and creates a stronger society.
