- By 2020 Learn to lead pledge that over 20,000 new students and young people will be trained and actively engaged in local social action they have identified as necessary, and will lead the change themselves
- Empowering young people, improving society. By 2020 over 20,000 new young people will have been provided with the Learn to lead structures, tools, training and inspiration to enable them to work together in teams and bring about the positive changes they wish for supported by the engagement of over 200 new schools and youth organisations
