Leap Confronting Conflict believes in the power of young people to lead positive change in their communities through learning how to manage conflict in their own lives and leading each other. We pledge to support the #iwill campaign by:
- Supporting young people to be represented at all levels throughout Leap Confronting Conflict, leading our work as trainers, staff, volunteers and Trustees.
- Ensuring that all of our opportunities for young people to play their part – from Trustees through to one-off volunteer opportunities – are inclusive and open to ALL young people, no matter what their background.
- Embedding the 6 quality principles of youth social action through our opportunities for young people
