- Extend In The Mix Youth Project\’s Young Volunteer Groups to be able to expand the service into more isolated communities with the community buy in and support from local Parish Councils and voluntary organisations
- Grow local working partnerships to raise the profile of our work
- For In The Mix Youth Project to be able extend its offer of apprenticeships to young adults within its core operating area linked with our youth participation and Social Action Projects
