Globalteer pledges to actively encourage young people aged between 15 and 20 to participate in social action, specifically international volunteering and cultural exchange by
- Forging closer relationships with British universities
- Instigating new relationships with British schools
- Seeking financial support from corporate and institutional partners in order to make international volunteering accessible to a broader youth demographic
We joined the campaign quite late in the year but we are delighted to say that we are already talking to many schools and universities about supporting our charitable overseas projects, either through fund raising or, even more excitingly, by visiting the projects and volunteering.
