Foster Care Associates pledges to:
- Encourage their young people to become involved in volunteering either within FAC internal roles, with their foster families, within School or independently within their local communities.
- Encourage their young volunteers to receive recognition through the Millennium Volunteers programme
- Support their young volunteers to recognise the skills that they have gained and developed through their volunteering and encouraging them to articulate these within personal statements and job applications
