Fixers is committed to enabling young people to effect social change through the creation of meaningful social action campaigns led by them, getting their voices heard and valued on issues they have experienced and enlisting other young people in their cause to create real impact.

• In a decade we have supported over 21,000 young people to make a positive difference UK-wide in some of the most deprived areas and are creating another 10,000 opportunities by the end of 2020.
• We will amplify the voices of young people we work with, highlighting their impact through media channels and on other platforms, grassroots impact becomes national.
• We will enable socially marginalised groups to speak to those in positions of power, discover their place in society and understand the difference they can make. 85% of our Fixers continue with their social action journey, seeding the sector with new social action leaders and attracting more young people to come on board.
