Endeavour
Endeavour pledges to:
- Embed social action in all of our projects so that our young people experience the benefit of giving something back
- Enable our young people to lead, shape and own the social action projects they undertake
- Ensure that our young people reflect upon their social action contributions, draw upon lessons learned and share for the benefit of future activity
- Ensure that our social action projects have value and meaning for those undertaking the action and those that are recipients
- Enable social action projects undertaken to be challenging, stretching and enjoyable for the young people undertaking them
- Encourage our young people to make social action projects sustainable by linking them to appropriate community support
