- Support the #iwill campaign’s objectives by investing £1million in 2017 as match-funding with the #iwill Fund to develop meaningful youth social action opportunities for young people.
- Utilise the opportunity provided through the #iwill Fund Learning Hub, as well as our wider learning and evaluation work, to contribute to discussion and debate about the development of high quality social action experiences.
- Work with other funders to develop the work in this area by becoming an advocate for the value of youth social action.
- Act as an ambassador for the #iwill campaign, sharing our success story and encouraging our partners to be involved in helping to grow youth social action participation.
We’ve just pledged to the #iwill campaign in March 2017 on Red Nose Day! Watch this space for our updates on how we do!
Quote from Adam Askew, Head of Funding Partnerships at Comic Relief: “This year, thousands of young people will get involved in Red Nose Day to support people here in the UK and in some of the world’s poorest communities. To see young people so passionate about helping others is always so inspiring. We are really excited about our new partnership to support the #iwill campaign so we can help to inspire even more young people to get involved in their communities.”
