- In 2015 British Gymnastics aim to empower volunteers in our gymnastics clubs and communities through the establishment of Leadership Academies; Make a Difference workshops; Aspire to Lead events, Conferences and Continued Professional Development training opportunities, which will enable volunteers of all ages to take ownership and shape the future of gymnastics in their communities
The continued popularity and growth of Gymnastics relies upon a dedicated workforce of volunteers, without whom the sport could not happen. In 2016 British Gymnastics will continue to support all existing and new volunteers in all roles and settings by providing a new and expanding range of resources, courses, conferences and development programmes to underpin and secure the future growth of the sport in all communities.
