Sherbet pips, the favoured sweet of every school child from the 1950s onward. Who remembers cramming great handfuls of these little sweet gems into their mouth until the sherbet wrinkled the inside of their cheeks? The rough cut of so many pips, making your mouth feel like it’s had a proper workout! Crunch crunch as you chomped on them, releasing their fruity yet tangy and sherbet filled middles.
What a treat, and the best part… These are still made in exactly the same way as they were all those years ago in the tiny town of Elland inYorkshire, just at the foot of the Pennines. Well something is *this* good, why change it?
