If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment for any reason, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.<\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-0\" href=\"#collapse_2\" aria-expanded=\"false\">3.\tARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENT                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_2\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" aria-label=\"3.\tARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENT\" data-parent=\"#accordion-0\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\"><p>We advise clients to arrive at least 5 minutes earlier to their appointment. If arrival is delayed it is not always possible for us to accommodate your full appointment, which means your appointment time may have to be shortened or cancelled.<\/p><\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-0\" href=\"#collapse_3\" aria-expanded=\"false\">4.\tREFUND POLICY                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_3\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" aria-label=\"4.\tREFUND POLICY\" data-parent=\"#accordion-0\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\">Please note that The Angel Laser Clinic do not offer refunds on any treatments received or products you bought.\n\nIf you book your consultation and change your mind\/ if you decide to stop with your treatment then the cost for consultation\/deposit will be credited to you and you can buy any product in our clinic or use it towards another treatment.<\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-0\" href=\"#collapse_4\" aria-expanded=\"false\">5.\tCOSMETIC PRODUCTS, TAN &amp; MEDICATION                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_4\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" aria-label=\"5.\tCOSMETIC PRODUCTS, TAN &amp; MEDICATION\" data-parent=\"#accordion-0\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\"><p><strong>Cosmetic <\/strong>- please be advised that make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. You must cleanse the area before the treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client\u2019s failure to disclose such details.<\/p><\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\" href=\"#collapse_6\" aria-expanded=\"true\">7.\tAGE POLICY                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_6\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse show\" aria-label=\"7.\tAGE POLICY\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\"><p>Our\u00a0clients must be 18\u00a0years old to receive any treatments and at least 21 years old for laser hair removal treatments.<\/p><p>However, our dermatologist Dr Bryan McDonald can see clients of any age.<\/p><\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\" href=\"#collapse_7\" aria-expanded=\"false\">8.\tCOMPLAINT POLICY                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_7\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" aria-label=\"8.\tCOMPLAINT POLICY\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\"><p>We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment. In case that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should call the clinic and book the follow up appointment with the clinical lead practitioner.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\" href=\"#collapse_8\" aria-expanded=\"false\">9.\tFRIEND REFERRAL                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_8\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" aria-label=\"9.\tFRIEND REFERRAL\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\"><p>Referrer must be an existing client of The Angel Laser Clinic. The \u00a350 credit will be given to referrer and recommended friend\/family member once the friend\/ family member spent in the clinic minimum value of \u00a399. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be used only towards any treatment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n\n                            \n                \n                <div class=\"panel\">\n                    <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                        <h6 class=\"panel-title\">\n                            <a class=\"accordion-toggle\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\" href=\"#collapse_9\" aria-expanded=\"false\">10.\tGIFT VOUCHERS                            <\/a>\n                        <\/h6>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div id=\"collapse_9\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" aria-label=\"10.\tGIFT VOUCHERS\" data-parent=\"#accordion-1\">\n\n                        <div class=\"panel-body\"><p>Gift Vouchers can only be used only once and credit is not refundable or cannot be exchanged for cash. Gifts Voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
